RETURN POLICY

GLD takes the risk out of online shopping and has a return policy to give you peace of mind.

If your product does not work, arrives damaged, or does not meet the expectations that we have set forth, we have a procedure that is easy to use and guarantees satisfaction.

I ordered the wrong size/color or I changed my mind.

All you will need to do is send the items back to us at the address listed at the bottom of the page. Please call our customer service line, or send an email to the address listed below, indicating what you would like instead, or that you would like a refund. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 business days from when they arrive at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to two weeks. You will get an email with tracking if you asked for an exchange.

Something is wrong with my order.

Please call or email us using the contact information below. Have your email confirmation ready when you call. Claims must be made within 30 days from when an order is purchased.

I think my product is defective.

We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. We will work with each customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their product. GLD does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.
