All Things Cedar Returns Policy
If your customer needs to return an item we will refund to you the purchase price of the order less the original shipping costs. Returns must be requested by email within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. It is the customers resonsibility to ensure all Returns or Exchanges are in unused condition and re-packaged properly. Any product returned in used or damaged condition will not be refunded.
Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions above, therefore your customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. As our drop-ship client, all refunds/additional shipping/and or restocking fees will be issued directly to you.TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- Request a retrun authorization number (RA number) below.
- Once you receive our (RA Form), have your customer print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
- Have the customer ship the item back to us to us through the shipping method of their choice and email us with the tracking number.
- All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid to our US Warehouse as stated on the RA Form.
- Any shipments returning without this documentation will be refused and no amount will be refunded.
- If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.

Everything looks great! Unpacked, counted and now waiting for our deck to be finished before we can erect the Gazebo on it.
The gazebo I ordered was out of stock everywhere but they were able to get me one. There was a delay in shipping that I expected but I was informed immediately by email but the rare thing is when I emailed them with questions they actually responded this company cares about their customers
It took me a few days but, that's only because I kept getting rained out. In northern Arizona, we get a lot of thunderstorms. The instructions were easy and precise. The materials were of high quality. Keep up the good work.
I’m putting the gazebo together. It is very well built and no cut corners on quality. I feel that this is the best you can buy. Just be ready for a lot of work. It’s worth the time it takes.
This gazebo is wonderful. I paid for professional installation and am thrilled with the team who put it together. The gazebo looks great in our backyard and am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research (over one year) before deciding on this 10X10 unit. I plan on staining the wood to match our wooden deck. The item is natural cedar color when received. Strongly recommend this unit and do yourself a favor and pay for professional installation. Save yourself grief. Lol.

Looks amazing. Took a little long to get in due to delays from the manufacture and covid. However we finally got and built it.

We loved playing billiards and table tennis so this item saved us a lot. Very excited to receive this one and can't wait to play games with my family.
